200m from Bahia Palace

Named for the ancient Berber springs beneath the medina. A 16-suite riad in Riad Zitoun Jdid, Marrakech — 200 metres from Bahia Palace. Guide Routard–recommended spa. Breakfast on the rooftop each morning.

Our hammam and treatment rooms are recommended by the Guide Routard and featured in Elle Japan — not for theatre, but for the quality of the practice. Black soap sourced locally, argan from the Atlas, and Ghassoul clay from the Middle Atlas mountains. Two marble hammams. A relaxation suite. Treatments by appointment.

Sixteen suites across the riad, each with its own character. Tadelakt walls, hand-woven textiles, hand-painted pottery — materials sourced from the Atlas and the medina. Some suites open onto the courtyard; others look out over the rooftop. All include air conditioning, private bathroom, and daily housekeeping.

Breakfast is served on the rooftop each morning — msemen and harcha made fresh, semolina orange cake, spiced carrot cake, baghrir, seasonal fruit, eggs on request. Mint tea and coffee as the medina wakes up below.

In the evenings, traditional Moroccan dishes: tagine with preserved lemon, tanjia marrakchiya, a long table of cold salads. All prepared in-house, no shortcuts.
